Well This is going to have a lot of content. But right now just a little to start. Expect a whole lot of pictures! NEWS: We went to Cocoa Beach today "July 24". Took us about 2 hours, to get there. Bad weather and bad directions slowed us down. When we got there the surf was good, and the beach was clean. I like that beach a lot. Good waves to ride though a little small. We would have had a blast but we got rained "And lightning" out. So we went home. Bummer. Didn't find any showers. But we didn't look. OLDER News: July 22. We went to Daytona Beach. This place rocks, if you catch the right tide. Pretty cold when we got there. Took us about an hour and 30 mins. The waves are good. I'm sure they would get bigger at a different time in the year. But what we got was good. There was even a dolphin swimming around out there. Showers available if you can find them. We did. OLDER News: July 14-17. We went to Ft. Myers. Many of our dedicated fans already know this. But any way. Its a 4 hour drive. The waves are nice. Lots of people skim there. The beaches are nice, and the sand is ok. I wouldn't take a trip down there just to skim. Its too far. But if your going its cool. I don't know if showers are available on the beach, we stayed in a villa and were not really looking for showers. But I'm sure there is. REALLY old stuff: We went to New Symarna A long time ago. Its like and hour and 15 min drive from home. I like this place. Not too many people good waves and good sand. Nothing spectacular, but its good for beginners. Showers available if you can find them. We did. DAILY Stuff: Lake Luisa State Park. No waves here. All flat water, great place to learn and practice " Sand Skimming." I'm pretty sure this place is good year around. We go here on a regular basis. Ohh yes, Its fresh water, and there are showers available.
